Harald Frase, Vice President of the General Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Baden-Württemberg, is now able to visually recognise his surroundings without eye training after seven years of blindness. Dr Ulrich Warnke worked for several decades as a senior lecturer at Saarland University in Germany. He wrote the book Quantum Philosophy and Interworld, in which he devoted a chapter to seeing without eyes.
